New sessions starting Feb - April 2019

Program Includes: 

  • Speed and Agility work
  • Battle Rope work
  • Strength and Endurance training
  • Improve, Flexibility, Coordination and Balance
  • Plyometrics and Jump improvement
  • Sport specific skills and drills in a circuit format 
  • Pilates Core and Back strength
  • Relaxation and Mental focus using Yoga techniques

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS (3-12):

WEDNESDAYS: 

4:30pm  (50 min session)

5:30pm (50 min session)


SATURDAYS:

10:30am (60 min session: 45 min Circuit, 15 min Pilates & Yoga)

2 Per Month on these dates: 2/9, 2/23, 3/16, 3/23, 4/6, 4/20


Choose from 4. 8 or 12 Session Packages: 

4 Sessions = $28

8 Sessions = $48

12 sessions = $60 (BEST VALUE at $5 per session) 

Drop-In Single Session = $8

INDIVIDUAL or BUDDY SESSIONS* (1-2):

BY APPOINTMENT:  Flexible session times are made by appointment 


12 Sessions = $95 each for Bubby sessions or $145 for Individual 1:1 sessions

     *Training focus is more individualized to specific training needs, and also includes: Personal Consultation, Goal setting, Fitness Assessments (before/after), Nutrition workshop, and accountability!
