Small Group and Personal Training Sessions

Specifically designed for older active adults and everyone's levels are accommodated. 

Senior Fitness Classes

Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support.

Group Walks and Events

Join us on Monday and Wednesdays at 9am for Group Walks through 10/30/18. All levels welcome.
