Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and balance. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support. Specifically designed for older active adults.

Senior Fitness SAIL Classes

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for helping seniors with daily living. The SAIL program is offered 2 times a week in a one hour class.  SAIL exercises can be done standing or sitting.  

 

Group Walks and Events

Join us in the spring and summer  twice a week for Group Walks. Days and times TBD. All levels welcome.
