Mind, Body and Relaxation

Increase flexibility and balance in a Yoga class. Pilates helps tighten and tone your core while creating good posture habits and body alignment correction. 

Senior Classes

Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support.
