Achievement: Sprint Triathlons, Chelan Man Half Ironman, CDA Ironman

Degree: B.S. in Education

Interests and Hobbies: Gardening, outdoor activities and sports. Loves Dogs and Horses!

Hannah Hirshfield

I have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. I am passionate about finding a healthy lifestyle that’s fun and enjoyable. I am a longtime fan of yoga for its stress relief, strength and flexibility benefits. I then got hooked on Pilates and I believe the two complement each other well.  Offering strength, flexibility, coordination, breath control and balance Pilates is a amazing practice for the beginner to the athlete.
